Dishes likely looted from Saddam Hussein's palaces were sold on eBay and ended up at an Upper East Side restaurant, where they were used "in a kind of culinary-political performance piece." As fun as that sounds, the opportunity to eat like a tyrant has passed: This week, they were returned by the U.S. government to the Iraqi prime minister, who flew them home very carefully on a private plane.
