John Heilemann joined the Morning Joe panel today to break down last night's Gingrich-Romney debate, which was ever so silent after moderator Brian Williams's request that the audience withhold applause. Thus, it felt like something of a snoozefest after an early back-and-forth between the two front-runners, who, according to Heilemann, looked exhausted. And the quiet crowd didn't add much energy to the evening, either. "It was as if the audience had muzzles on," Heilemann said. No rest for the weary candidates just yet — we've got another one of these on Thursday. Everybody, grab some 5-Hour Energy!
