City Parks Department employee Fariz Ahmemulic has been charged with aggravated harassment as a hate crime for an incident last month in which a black baby doll was found hanging by a chain noose at the department's Bronx headquarters. Anthony Crum, the 60-year-old Parks worker who was "traumatized" upon discovering the sick scene, is reportedly seeking $15 million in damages from the city.
