A co-worker of the woman killed in a gruesome elevator malfunction last month is suing Y&R and Transel Elevators after being trapped with the body “for an extended period of time after witnessing the horrific death.” Some of the company’s elevators are set to reopen tomorrow, but the witness won’t be aboard because the trauma, she claims, has her too scared to ride one “out of fear of bodily injury and/or death.”
