The yellow cab crew filed suit yesterday seeking an injunction against the bill passed last year that would allow customers to legally hail livery cars in the outer boroughs. The Taxi and Limousine Commission will vote today on enacting the plan, and if it doesn't go through, passengers will just keep doing it anyway.
