"Let me repeat that: Karl Rove is saying that President Obama isn't 'up to the job.' Does anyone really need a reminder of what happened when they were in charge?" — Obama campaign manager Jim Messina in a Monday night e-mail to supporters, responding to the American Crossroads super-PAC's message is that Obama is not "up to the job." A Monday report revealed that Karl Rove's group American Crossroads has already raised $200 million to try to defeat President Obama and is preparing launch an anti-Obama spending spree.
