At Least Sixteen Killed in Russian Passenger Plane Crash

Forty-three were onboard the plane that crashed in Siberia after taking off on Monday. According to a Reuters source, the twin-engine, turbo-prop plane went down roughly twenty miles outside the western Siberian city of Tyumen. Twelve people are reported to have survived, five of them in critical condition, while sixteen were found dead. A number of the people onboard appear to be unaccounted for at the time of this writing.
