U.S. Offers $10 Million for Pakistani Militant Chief

The large bounty is out for Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba, the Pakistani militant group blamed for the November 2008 attacks in Mumbai that claimed 166 lives. There’s also a $2 million reward for the group’s deputy leader, Hafiz Abdul Rahman Makki.
