The District Attorney will drop charges of forcible touching and sexual abuse against Karl Vanderwoude, the Post has learned, despite several women positively identifying him as the Gentleman Groper. The 26-year-old banker, who holds Bible studies in his Park Slope apartment, had an alibi: He was at the office during one of the attacks, and at a West Village work outing during another.
