The Country Music Television Awards opened its show Wednesday night with a four-minute election-themed sketch, as co-hosts Toby Keith and Kristen Bell made their respective attack-ad-style pitches to host the gala solo. As you’ve discerned by now, both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney participated in the presentation, through prerecorded bits in which they demonstrated their ability to make important decisions. See it to believe it, but Romney actually delivered his punch line pretty well.
