When 23-year-old James Whittemore drunkenly kicked in the glass doors of the historic Ed Sullivan Theater and urinated on the floor in 2011, he said he was just having a "rough day." Then he blamed it on the alcohol. On Wednesday he was back in court for allegedly punching a homeless man who he says got "in my face" on a Harlem A-train platform. "I lost it," says Whittemore. "It's the Irish in me." Hey man, if you're just into hitting things, you can tell us.
