The gun violence in the city this summer has been devastating and depressing, to say the least, but it doesn’t get much worse than a bullet grazing a two-month-old boy in his stroller, as occurred last night in the Bronx. The child is okay, but his aunt about summed it up: “Everything needs to change. The community and the people in it,” she told the Post. “They need to stop letting people buy guns. People don’t care if there are old ladies or babies on the streets. They don’t care who is around.”
