There are only two weeks left until Election Day, and our nation's super-PACs still have a lot of money to shove through the airwaves: Republican-aligned super-PAC Restore Our Future, which had $16.5 million at the end of September — including $1 million from lesser-known Koch brother, William — has already spent $10.1 million so far this month "exclusively attacking President Barack Obama" on TV, reports Politico. On the Democratic side, Priorities USA Action has set aside $4 million for a rerun of its contentious (but effective) Bain attack ads, and they've committed another $30 million to trashing Republican positions more generally in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Ohio, Nevada, Virginia, and Wisconsin. TV repairmen of the swing states: Prepare to cash in.
