On today's Morning Joe, John Heilemann discussed his piece about why Susan Rice will likely get the Secretary of State job as President Obama's second-term administration evolves, despite earlier criticism from Senator John McCain who said he would filibuster her nomination. Now, McCain says he's willing to hear Rice's side of the story, seemingly because other Republicans have decided they are not up for a filibuster at the moment. McCain "is climbing down from his rather absurd position of last week," Heilemann said.
