Last night, prosecutors brought first- and second-degree murder charges against Yoselyn Ortega, the nanny who stabbed 6-year-old Lulu and 2-year-old Leo Krim to death in their family’s apartment on October 25th. Sources say Ortega, who remains at New York Presbyterian, denied reports that said she had recently begun to resent her employers, Kevin and Marina Krim, though she acknowledged that she had been having financial problems in the months before the murder.
