Yoselyn Ortega, the nanny accused of killing two Upper West Side children, pleaded not guilty today from a hospital bed, where she remains handcuffed owing to allegedly self-inflicted stab wounds. According to NBC, Ortega did not speak during the hearing and is being held without bail pending psychiatric tests. She's due in court on January 16, charged with the fatal stabbings of 6-year-old Lucia and 2-year-old Leo Krim.
