With its eternal voting confusion and occasional manatee riders, this year, the sunshine state was not only home to twins involved in military scandals but also to a 70 million-year-old Tyrannosaurus bataar skeleton fossil, along with six others. Obviously illegal, owner Eric Prokopi pled guilty to smuggling charges today and Ty (yes, the fossil has a name) will eventually be returned to its native Mongolia.
