Worst Teenager Ever Steals iPhone From Quadriplegic Man

A terrible person walked right up to a 38-year-old Staten Island man with cerebral palsy — and no ability to speak or use his hands — and snatched the iPhone he uses to communicate from the tray of his wheelchair, NBC New York reports with touching video footage. "You shouldn't steal from a disabled person who relies on a special device to reach out to the world," the victim William Washington typed on a desktop computer, using a pointer attached to his head. Although he couldn't call the police, Williams did e-mail them, resulting in the arrest of an 18-year-old who, in addition to any legal punishment, should be roundly shamed for at least a few years.
