We have no idea whether social worker Ulanda Williams, the 400-pound woman who fell through the sidewalk over the weekend on the Upper East Side, has ever been on welfare or food stamps. It hasn't been reported anywhere that she has. Why Rupert Murdoch would make that assumption about her is, um, unclear.
