State Assemblyman and former Brooklyn Democratic Chairman Vito Lopez has emerged from scandal, but not unscathed. On his first day back at work Monday, the one-time power broker faced a series of small indignities, from a pay cut to a smaller office to a farther-away parking place. He’s even seen a downgrade in his physical spot: “His seat in the Assembly chamber has been moved back a row, next to rookie legislators.” Way to make your point, Albany.
