The area around Madison Square Park at 23rd Street and Broadway is underwater this morning owing to a reported water-main break. The 23rd Street subway station on the N, Q, and R line has been ordered evacuated after water started pouring into the entrances, and water has been gushing out of manhole covers in the area. (Needless to say, delays are expected.)
