Soledad O’Brien Gently Pushed Off Air at CNN

Changes during the Jeff Zucker era at CNN continue with the decision to move the Starting Point host most of the way out the door, with the morning slot reserved for Erin Burnett and Chris Cuomo. O'Brien will instead launch the production company Starfish Media Group and work with the network as an "outside producer" on occasional documentary projects, the New York Times reports. With no outward hard feelings, she told the paper, "What we ended up with was, they wanted to partner with me, and I wanted to partner with them." Sometimes.
