Workers Caught With Weed at World Trade Center

Three construction workers at the World Trade Center were busted today for possessing and selling pot on site after a seven-month investigation, tipped off when “one of our integrity monitors on the hub project one day got a strong odor of marijuana.” That’ll do it.
