Hiram Monserrate's attorney argued it was "very unlikely" he would get the four crowns he needs once he's behind bars, and a judge agreed, so the ex-lawmaker gets a one-month reprieve from the slammer to get his dental work in order. Then he has to report to prison to start his two-year sentence for misusing city funds.
