Joe Biden Flew All the Way to the Vatican for This

Along with miserable babies, Vice President Joe Biden was in Rome this morning, where he spent about twenty seconds shaking hands with the newly inaugurated Pope Francis, but made the most of it by talking through the entire brief encounter.
