Relatives of Ki-Suk Han — the man whose subway tunnel death was captured on the front of the New York Post last year — has filed a lawsuit accusing the MTA of negligence. They are seeking to recoup funeral costs, as well as unspecified damages. So far, the city has not commented on the legal matter. Meanwhile, Naeem Davis — the person actually responsible for pushing Han onto the tracks — remains in custody without bail, having plead not guilty to murder and manslaughter charges.
