Pot-Smoking Security Guard Blames Skunk for Smell

A Port Authority contractor charged with guarding the George Washington Bridge against terrorists and jumpers — a not usually eventful, but nonetheless important job — was caught with a half-smoked blunt in his boot and a small baggie of weed today, but tried to blame the smell on a “passing skunk,” which only a super-stoned person could think would work.
