Joe Biden Zoning Out

One of the very most important jobs of the vice-president of the United States is to silently stand next to someone who is talking. Joe Biden pulls this off as well as anybody, but sometimes you can tell from his glazed-over, thousand-yard stare that he has completely zoned out and is now thinking about something much more interesting.
