McConnell Proves Partisanship Is Alive and Well in Congress

Sources tell Politico that while Mitch McConnell, the Senate minority leader, is willing to discuss a possible "grand bargain" on budget and tax issues with President Obama, he won't do it if Majority Leader Harry Reid is in the room. Reid was actually the recipient of that "go fuck yourself" at the White House in January, so it's unclear what McConnell is afraid of.
