We’ve established that Christine Quinn is a loud talker, which is fine, but according to “Page Six,” her vociferousness at a restaurant did not fall on random ears: She apparently didn’t realize she had been talking at high volume in the presence of Bill Thompson’s chief campaign strategist, Jonathan Prince. “They shook hands, but her eyes got really wide … like she realized she had this loud conversation in public,” the “Page Six” source said. It is harder to soundproof a restaurant booth than a City Hall office.
