It turns out that former State Senator Shirley Huntley made even more secret recordings of her colleagues than previously thought. We already knew she'd taped nine officials, including just-charged State Senator John Sampson, while cooperating with the F.B.I. to reduce her own embezzlement sentence. Now it looks like another six will face criminal probes, and all of them can expect to see their names published, according to a judge who unsealed the identities Tuesday: "Every legislator who has conversed with this defendant will necessarily assume that he or she was recorded under the supervision of the FBI."
