Waiters Arrested in Malcolm X Grandson’s Killing

The beating death of Malcolm Shabazz, the grandson of Malcolm X, was thought to have stemmed from a dispute over a bar bill, and now two waiters at the club have been arrested and two more are being sought for allegedly participating in the beating. Prosecutors have said the $1,200 bill was excessive, part of a ploy to rob Shabazz and his friend, Mexican labor activist Miguel Suárez.
