You might have forgotten about last year's series of "high-profile anonymous leaks" from former CIA officials, as they did not end in a well-publicized international manhunt. However, the incidents inspired the agency to review its security measures, and now CIA Director John Brennan is launching a campaign to stifle leaky CIA employees. He sent a memo this week announcing the "Honor the Oath" campaign, which aims to "reinforce our corporate culture of secrecy" through education and training. We know this because the Associated Press "obtained" the memo, which is unclassified but "for official use only." It sounds like the campaign can't start soon enough.
