Man Mails White Powder, Innocently

With whack jobs always sending dangerous dust to people in power, the FDNY was right to call the cops when it received a letter including a Ziploc bag of white powder this morning. But it's not what it looks like, The Wall Street Journal reports: "The letter was written on FDNY letterhead that is available on the Internet for those wanting to send inquiries to the fire department ... The sender wrote that he wanted help identifying the powder, which was falling off the walls of his garage [editor's note: drywall?] and his children played with." A curious decision, sure, but you can see where he was going with it.
