By

The Romney team had quite a few technological shortcomings, and one of the recommendations in the GOP's campaign postmortem was to hire someone to "provide a 21st century digital, data and tech operation for our candidates." Barkett says it's "essential that the Republican Party has the resources to drive voter turnout as we look toward the elections of 2014, 2016 and beyond.” First step: Make sure the name of the country you're hoping to lead is spelled correctly.
