Bradley Manning Still Charged With Helping Osama Bin Laden

A military judge ruled today that the “aiding the enemy” charge against admitted WikiLeaks source Bradley Manning will stand despite the defense’s claim that the 25-year-old former Army intelligence analyst had no “actual knowledge” that his leaks would eventually reach Osama bin Laden. While the government is not pursuing the death penalty, Manning faces life in prison with no parole.
