Charges against two women accused of prostitution in the “stroller pimp” case were dismissed Monday since prosecutors in a Manhattan Supreme Court weren’t able to tie Jung Lee, 28, and Rei Spain, 38, to cash recovered from the East 50th Street bordello believed to be run by Brooklyn father of four William Thomas. Court papers revealed that both women were arrested last October for allegedly offering services like the “girlfriend experience,” massage, and “happy ending” to an undercover officer for $100 plus a $40 tip. Meanwhile, Thomas — whose entrepreneurial spirit we’ve noted in the past — is still accused of running at least four Manhattan brothels that specialized in Asian prostitutes at $200 to $300 an hour.
