Controversial, manifest-destiny-loving NYU president John Sexton will not have his term extended beyond the Obama administration, NYU Local reports. In a spring no-confidence vote, more than half of the voting faculty came out against Sexton, while the school has also faced criticism for its generous home-loan situation and expansions both within the city and internationally. Sexton has served as president since 2002.
