What’s Going on With Obama’s Leg?

If those are mosquito bites, then there are some monster mosquitoes on Martha’s Vineyard. If Obama just has naturally weird, bumpy legs, then good for him for having the confidence to go bike riding in shorts even though everyone can see his weird, bumpy legs.
