Now You Really Shouldn’t Go to Yemen

Amid an elevated threat of terrorism, the State Department began evacuating all non-emergency personnel from Yemen today. The United States and the U.K. also advised their citizens to get the hell out. “The department urges US citizens to defer travel to Yemen and those US citizens currently living in Yemen to depart immediately,” the State Department declared. It added, “Why were you even planning on traveling to Yemen, anyway? It’s Yemen!”
