The suspect, Julius Graham, ruined a perfect day when he went on a rampage in Riverside Park just before 8 a.m. today, the New York Times reports. He attacked two joggers and a man walking his dog before turning on a father and his 2-year-old child, who were stabbed and slashed, respectively, before a bystander tackled Graham. The witness "did a good job," said NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly, who insisted, "Parks are very, very safe."
