Amid controversy within its China bureau (and a reporter suspended for suspected leaking), Bloomberg LP is getting rid of about 50 people across its entertainments, arts, sports, and investigative-reporting sections. Among those affected were technology columnist and former executive editor Rich Jaroslovsky and book-review editor Laurie Muchnick. Ten jobs were also cut last week from the TV division, where Businessweek editor Josh Tyrangiel has taken a temporary assignment.
