A mailman working a route with which he was apparently unfamiliar found himself delivering letters later than usual in the Cheverly-Landover area of Prince George’s County, Maryland, on Saturday night, when someone shot him dead. Police haven't determined a motive for the shooting, which killed the 26-year-old mail carrier on the spot. But the U.S. Postal Inspection Service has already offered a $100,000 reward for information on the shooting, so hopefully they'll know more soon.
