In an act of defiance, a woman identified as pesky smoking advocate Audrey Silk lit up inside City Hall.

Security guard grabbed cigarette away from activist Audrey Silk. @MikeBloomberg fairly non-plussed, says we "just don't allow" smoking here.— Erin Durkin (@erinmdurkin) December 30, 2013
Smell of smoke now lingering over Blue Room. First time a cigarette's been smoked in this room in, well, a long time.— Michael Barbaro (@mikiebarb) December 30, 2013
"Bermuda, Bermuda, Bermuda," says Bloomberg's internal monologue.
