Considering that Barack Obama and Mitt Romney each spent more than $1 billion in the last presidential election, $4 million doesn't sound that impressive. But it's pretty good haul if your candidate hasn't even declared yet. Ready for Hillary, the super-PAC that's laying the groundwork for Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign just in case she decides to run, announced on Tuesday that it pulled in $2.75 million in the last six months, more than double what it collected in its first six months. Following a tussle with another pro-Clinton super-PAC, it was decided that Priorities USA would handle major donors, so Ready for Hillary capped donations at $25,000. Officials say 98 percent of the 33,631 contributions were for $100 or less. In related news, even Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus has caught Hillary 2016 fever. "With all of the scandal around her I’m not sure it would be all that bad for the Republican Party, to tell you the truth," he told CNN Tuesday.
