Central Park is becoming a little less pleasant as a dog-walking destination now that skunks have moved in — a new twist, according to the neighbors and park workers whom the New York Post talked to. “We are trying to figure out what’s attracting them,” one worker said. “So far, we can’t seem to figure it out.” But the city has no plans to try to eradicate them. “Skunks are part of the wildlife of New York City,” it said. Time to lie in some tomato juice.
