John Legere showed up at his rival’s Consumer Electronics Show get-together at Las Vegas’s Palms Hotel wearing a hot pink T-shirt emblazoned with his company’s logo, which made it fairly simple for security to identify him and escort him out. In a post-crash interview with Recode, he insisted that he “just wanted to hear Macklemore,” who served as AT&T’s entertainment for the evening, because the story needed an extra dash of dorkiness.
