Atlanta Preps for Another Inch or Two of Snow; New York City Sighs

Two weeks after 2.6 inches paralyzed Georgia's major metropolitan area, another one to three inches are expected in Atlanta between tonight and Wednesday, resulting in a state of emergency across 45 counties as interpreted artistically above. New York, which is basically a dirty, frozen block of ice at this point, got another 1.2 inches last night and could see up to ten inches starting late Wednesday, although estimates still vary. We are so painfully used to it.
