Family of Frat-Hazing Victim Plans to Sue Pretty Much Everybody

The parents of Michael Deng, the 19-year-old Baruch College student who died after a hazing ritual during a fraternity retreat, hasn't said exactly who they're going to sue now that his death has been ruled a homicide, but it sounds like anybody involved can expect a summons. "Those responsible for his death — and there are a number of them as we understand it — will be held accountable to the full extent of the law," their lawyer told NBC. That means not just criminal charges, but lawsuits all around.
