Philip Seymour Hoffman Died of ‘Acute Mixed Drug Intoxication’

Following an earlier, inconclusive autopsy, the New York City medical examiner has ruled that the actor was killed by a combination of heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and amphetamine. His death was ruled an accident.
